It was a nice, rainy day and felt like spring was coming! The fresh spring energy got me feeling motivated to do more of a pilates workout yoga flow this time! So I got my body moving and focused on strengthening my hips and glutes! Of course finished it off with some perineal stretching (pussy yoga) too!
